lobster tails, thawed Melted butter |

Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. With kitchen shears, cut away thin underside shell of each tail. Insert skewer lengthwise through meat to prevent curling. Place shell side up, on rack in broiling pan. Broil 7 to 9 inches from source of heat according to timetable (below), turning once as indicated. Baste occasionally with melted butter. Tails are done when meat is opaque; remove skewer. Serve in shell, with small dishes of melted butter.
